5WTI Deliver Digital Experience Upskilling for Nissan

5 Ways to Innovate have partnered with Tigerhall to deliver an upskilling program for Nissan’s staff. The initiative is part of the Nissan DX program, a digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing customer experience and operations. It offers a suite of digital tools and solutions designed to optimise the entire vehicle buying and ownership journey.

The training has been built around 5WTI’s “Mastering the Art of Change from Within” expert topic that has previously been delivered at numerous conferences as a keynote and at several large corporates as a core part of their digital transformation initiatives. The program is sponsored and chaired by Julien Guille, Head of Digital Transformation at Nissan.

As part of the program, participants received a framework to plan their own personal transformation journey, mapped to the Shuhari process, an ancient Japanese martial arts framework that describes the three stages of progress an individual progresses through on the path to mastery. By utilising the Change Mastery Matrix, individuals are challenged to a personal growth journey that opens them up to embrace and adapt to the changes they are facing in the workplace as part of the company’s digital transformation.

Amer Iqbal, CEO of 5 Ways to Innovate said of the program: "We believe that every challenge is an opportunity for individual progress and growth. Digital transformation can’t simply be a process that is imposed on an organisation, it requires co-creation from teams via the right mindset to embrace change. We’re pleased to be part of Nissan’s journey towards building the business of tomorrow.”
