In our experience leading both digital agencies and consulting firms, we’ve found that the typical agency brief is at the end of a very long food chain of decision making. 5 Ways to Innovate agency partners are able to successfully use our corporate innovation system to elevate the conversation above the brief and inject their strategic inputs at a more appropriate level. How it works

We train and certify our partners to generate new innovation opportunities through the use of our proprietary system. We charge a licensing fee on the Inspire and Plan stages, which in turn generate new Deliver projects that are suited to the executional capabilities of our selected partners. They own all revenue from projects generated in the Deliver stage onwards.

  • We only partner with professional services firms who are able to credibly sell and deliver innovation consulting to their clients. These business typically look like:

    • Consulting firms

    • Digital agencies

    • Boutique innovation consultants

  • Becoming a 5 Ways to Innovate partner is completely free. However, we do charge a one time fee of $1,200 USD for the 3 day training course and we take a 30% licensing fee on any projects delivered using our IP.

  • In developing the 5 Ways to Innovate business, one of our core principles is to benefit the innovation ecosystem. In order to help 1000 corporates, we need a network of partners who can reach more client organisations than we ever could alone.

  • Our business model is simple: we take a 30% licensing fee for the use of our IP on each 5 Ways to Innovate engagement, which is typically in the range of $45k USD. All pull-through projects you sell off the back of this initial engagement don’t incur any type of fee.

  • Each professional services firm is different, but in our experience a 10x services multiplier is a reasonable assumption.

    So hypothetically, if you delivered a $45k 5 Ways to Innovate engagement to a client, you would expect to sell an additional $450k worth of services to that client in pull-through revenue.

  • 5 Ways to Innovate is a unique innovation system developed entirely by us.

    By delivering our innovation portfolio workshop upfront, the outputs are projects that let you sell and deliver additional work using your core methodologies.

    There is no crossover between the projects that use our IP and those that use your traditional methods or processes.
