Prudential presents: A PRU University talk on the 5 Ways to Innovate

  Corporate Universities are becoming increasingly commonplace - but do they really work? I was fortunate enough to be invited to Jakarta last week to be just the second external speaker to be put in front of an audience at PRU U - a new concept being rolled out by Prudential Insurance.My lecture on the 5 ways to Innovate was particularly relevant for this audience as it included not just a variety of business teams but also their internal innovation community of practice. The level of conversation and in particular the Q&A was extremely engaging and practical, demonstrating the value of bringing outside perspectives into an organisation on a regular basis.Thanks again to the entire Prudential Indonesia team for hosting.
